At Roar Cheerleading, our Junior Coaches play an important role in supporting our Lead and Assistant Coaches throughout sessions. Aged 11–17, they are carefully selected for their dedication, passion for cheer, maturity, and their ability to uphold our club values. All junior coaches follow our structured development pathway, which includes annual in-house coach training with safeguarding, progression onto the BGU Junior Coach Course after one year, DBS checks for those aged 16+, and BGU Level 1–2 qualifications for coaches aged 17+. This ensures every junior coach is well-prepared, knowledgeable, and able to contribute positively and safely to our athletes’ experience.
